Truly inspiring & humbling event with the award-winning Public Access Defibrillators UK - launched 2013 by Brian Firth after the death of a customer in Morrisons car park in #Guiseley, West Yorkshire. It is the largest independent Defibrillator Organisation in #Yorkshire. #Leeds

Good news! Over 7,000 defibrillators in Yorkshire and the Humber are now registered on The Circuit to save the lives of people in cardiac arrest. Last month our 999 call handlers activated more defibrillators than ever before - 1,368 to be precise!

If you witness a cardiac arrest, it is important to call 999 and start CPR straight away. Remember: Rate - 2 compressions per second Depth - push 5 to 6cm down on the chest Don't stop - until help arrives or the patient regains consciousness Know how to perform #CPRAnywhere.
