We are in a softball climate crisis. There are patterns seen at the #TravelBall level that negatively impact college coaches everywhere. From NIL, the transfer portal to unpredictable parents, there is work to be done.

1 in 3 student-athletes in college suffer from performance anxiety. SAs have admitted to fearing failure, disappointing parents, & anxiety. Parents prepare your kids by taking the pressure off, encouraging them in failure & not using playing time as a definition of success.
