This is actually important advice.
Underrated life advice: Stop allowing your head to outsmart your gut. The worst mistakes in life are made when you allow your head to talk you into something when your gut already said no. That “gut feeling” is earned through experience. Trust it.

Institutional knowledge is underrated. There's a reason Nintendo keeps pumping out 10/10 games: the same people have been working there their whole lives. They've worked on all the other stuff too. It builds up.

To get my companies to their first €1,000,000 per year revenue, I focus on one thing: Discovery Call Bookings. When I get up in the morning, it's easy because I just need to ask myself "what would generate 1 call booking this week". Obv has to be a relatively qualified lead.

My @eightsleep leaked the week before the first big heatwaves in EU. Girlfriend has one too, also leaked the same week. Unreal. Now gotta wait an open-ended amount of time for a replacement (2nd replacement). Literally when I need it most 🥲.

Without a great hook, a funnel is basically pointless because nobody will see it.

Literally the #1 thing that makes our ads work better every time:. Printing stuff out. Lead magnet? Print it out and hold it in the ad. App? Print out some screens and point at them. Sounds super stupid but this is millions in ad spend later and it keeps working.
