I think both #NeurodiversityAffirmative and #NeurodivergentAffirmative are needed in different contexts. Like for example the book #TheAdultAutismAssessmentHandbook; A Neurodiversity Affirmative Approach, deals with adult autism assessments, and as such there can be outcomes
