Just yesterday, the attorney general was complaining about a judge who "tried to legislate from the bench." But this "legislating" is apparently ok.

In a now-deleted story today, I misattributed statements by an immigrant rights group to South Miami Mayor @ElectJavier Fernandez, who is suing FL over 297(g) enforcement. The group is organizing a Thursday ZOOM call on city pacts with ICE and said Fernandez was participating.
