Sound travels . and wind can assist it. Quite staggering that these important scientific facts don’t appear to have been taken into account when they set the sound levels for Blackweir Live. No way should I be hearing lyrics in my house approx 2 miles away whatever the weather.

Guys dismantling Blackweir Live.BUT the 28 days for temporary change of use ended yesterday and so Blackweir should have been available and accessible for normal use today.Council entered into a contract it knew would be in breach of 28 days limit.Why? Do different rules apply?
