People like it when he's in there naming random places like Pittsburgh and Houston but hated it when that fun tweaker lady was in there naming places like Alabama and Arkansas. So what gives

I should do my own Best Episodes of the Century list. A nice little project, take my mind off things. Rewatch long forgotten Showtime Original Dramas.

That old 'Isn't there somebody you forgot to ask?' meme but with Bezos and his wife doing their sinister swinger leer
Callum Turner is rumored to be Dennis Villeneuve’s top choice to play James Bond in the next ‘007’ film. (Via: @TheInSneider)

Whenever I see one of those accounts that's posting MCU news it feels like one of those sad birds in a nature documentary that's trying to fuck a plastic flamingo or something. Singing its sexy songs to a plastic flamingo

Constant is the best episode of Lost. Oner probably is the best True Detective. Final Four probably is the best Survivor. No strong feeling on Middle Ground as best Wire but I wouldn't get it in a fight about it.

Suitcase isn't the best episode of Mad Men, Rains of Castamere isn't the best episode of Throne, Pine Barrens isn't the best episode of The Sopranos, Ozymandias isn't the best episode of Breaking Bad, Connor's Wedding isn't the best episode of Successsion.
What is the BEST episode of TV from this century? In July of 2018, we published The 100 Best TV Episodes of the Century, and now, since we’re a quarter of the way through the 21st century, it only felt right to update our ranking.

I know why I bounce off Robinsonism but if I voiced it out loud I'd be carted off. Is what it is. Maybe society'll come around in twenty years. Maybe not.

Casting Downey so he can try and pretend he was under the learning tree even though Downey was pretty much only faxing stuff in by Robinson's time. Smart. Clear-eyed.....

Trying The Chair Company. How funny would it be if I finally became a late in life Tim Robinson guy.

If the system makes you rich and wildly influential you're going to feel a bit differently about the system than you did back when you were some goofjawed tape clerk.

Everybody going 'But where are the deep cuts?' over the QT list. Well, he got famous and successful and came to the belief being famous and successful is an important aspect of quality. That's usually how it goes with famous and successful people.

Speaks to Dave's titanic legacy that it can't be altered even the slightest by doing streamoid sitdowns where he asks Mr Beast 'Is it tough? Is it tough being Mr Beast?'. Bug on the windshield as far as his drive to the history books
MrBeast, Michael B. Jordan, and Jason Bateman sit down with David Letterman for Season 6 of My Next Guest Needs No Introduction. Premiering December 16.

Wasn't really impressed with him as The Riddler, but I don't think Matt Reeves understands or likes Batman villains so it's fine, not really his fault.

I think Paul Dano's pretty annoying too..... Disagree with Tarantino about him in There Will Be Blood though, think it's good casting, you want to see DDL pop his skull with a medicine ball, he does it with a bowling pin, close enough.

Wasn't really a Dunkirk guy. Think Christopher Nolan was just ashamed of being patriotic so he invented a time travel gimmick. There's no need to be embarrassed about loving your country.

Goofy to get excited for upscaled TV shows. Movies I can understand because you can imagine some master of their craft stocksmith working their dark arts under the careful stewardship of the original director's grandchildren or something. TV shows they just put it through an app

the new 4K transfer of mad men on HBO somehow does not have any of the post-production edits added in, which means you get stuff like this where you can see the crew member manning the puke machine after Roger has too many oysters lmao
