Disgusting service from @O2UK. They sell an upgrade with Disney+. Doesn't work and lazy support agent tries the "it takes 24 hours" lie to avoid having to do any work. When confronted with this, they do the wrong thing and stall until support is closed. PAC time?

Want an example of how not to make a food delivery app and run such a service? Just look at @ubereats_uk – annoying app and customer service to rival even the worst businesses out there. Lesson learnt: Do not waste time and money on this shockingly bad experience.

I really do not appreciate being lied to by customer support. If you do not know what you are talking about, don't just make up random stuff that is simply not true.

Glass not collected. @newforestdc does not accept reports of missed glass collections and just expect me to wait four weeks for the next one. Utterly disgusting. How do I get a tax refund for their not being able to deliver a simple service?

Such a shame @OleandSteenUK cannot make proper rye bread. Massively overpriced and you get an under-baked, claggy mess. A disgrace to Danish baking traditions!

I really do not understand why @British_Airways thinks it is acceptable to fly people on board the ex-BMI A319 planes. These must be the worst and most uncomfortable A319s in the air and they have so many seat defects as well. #disgraceful from a self-professed "premium* airline.

Lovely visit to @exburygardens today. Just a shame the lunch menu on your web site not available in Mr. Eddy's, where only a very uninspiring selection of jackets, pasties etc. Off to find lunch elsewhere now.

Disappointed you see that once again @British_Airways shows no respect or care for their Gold BAEC members by not letting them use the shortcut to the First lounge during the closure of the First Wing Security at T5. Why bother with loyalty when it is not rewarded?

Why are @AmazonUK drivers so lazy and incompetent they can't even follow simple delivery instructions? It is a shame that so many delivery experiences from Amazon are so bad. Clearly, they do not car one single bit about getting it right!
