Thanks for this. I get serious period depression and sometimes the pain won't let me function. Someone told me that it's because I only choose to focus on the pain. I was just annoyed and told her to be grateful her period isn't disruptive.

Using a pressure pot is the best hack. Also, soak it in warm water for about 10 - 15 minutes before cooking. Strain the water and use a fresh one to cook and add onions at the start.

Calm music or pink noise, white noise and brown noise. I practice deep belly breathing for at least one full minute as soon as I wake up and before I sleep. I also sleep better since I started taking magnesium. Lastly, I stretch everyday to relieve kinks and make my own meals.
