If you’re struggling and own a Switch, then try this:
-Download Slay the Spire and Darkest Dungeon (turn based games so don’t have to worry about insane action)
-Walk at an 8-12 incline
-Start with 20 mins but work up to 45 mins to 1 hour
Only play the games on the treadmill
