Watching reactions to Developer Updates makes me question their use entirely. Almost everyone completely overreacts or completely misunderstands what the changes mean or what their purpose is .It just stirs panic for a day until the patch notes drop.

Reshade is fixed!.You can reinstall it again

Alternatively you can delete "dxgi.dll" from the binaries folder, this makes reshade not work but at least the game will start.

DBD currently won't start with Reshade, the devs know about it already. Eac also never stops reading this file until pc restart, for now it's probably best to uninstall it after a pc restart to play the game. Don't worry tho, you will not get banned.
