NEW: Former Sacramento Kings talk show host Grant Napear LOSES employment discrimination lawsuit.
Napear was suspended from his radio show on June 1, 2020 - one day after the depicted exchange occurred between him and DeMarcus Cousins. Napear was later terminated and filed suit.
Here is the relevant language of Florida's NIL statute re: a contract extending beyond an athlete's eligibility in an athletic program at a postsecondary educational institution.
Dexter was drafted in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears. Thereafter, BLA reached out to remind Dexter of his obligations under the extended term.
Dexter's position is that his NIL agreement unlawfully extends beyond his eligibility as an NCAA athlete.
BREAKING: Mark Hunt loses lawsuit filed against the UFC, Dana White, and Brock Lesnar after Court grants defendants' motion for summary judgment on all claims.
Hunt claimed that White and the UFC knew Lesnar was using PEDs but encouraged Lesnar to fight Hunt in UFC 200 anyway.

NEW: Beasley Media Group filed a lawsuit against Talk Show Host and employee Anthony Gargano and All City Network.
Beasley, the owner of 97.5 The Fanatic, alleges that Gargano has accepted employment with All City, its competitor, in violation of Gargano's employment agreement.
Per the complaint, the deal provided for an initial term covering the time period in which Dexter had NCAA eligibility, and an "extended term," which began immediately after Dexter was no longer eligible under
NCAA rules until 25 years after the date the contract was executed.

A highly disturbing lawsuit was filed today against Omar Vizquel, the Birmingham Barons, and the Chicago White Sox.
