Dexter signed an NIL deal with BLA in 2022. Alleged terms: $436,485 to Dexter ↔️ NIL services and 15% of his pre-tax NFL earnings for 25 years to BLA.

A highly disturbing lawsuit was filed today against Omar Vizquel, the Birmingham Barons, and the Chicago White Sox.
The plaintiff, who has autism, alleges that Omar Vizquel, then manager of the AA Barons, engaged in a pattern of sexual abuse and harassment towards him in 2019.

In 2013, Astros owner Jim Crane filed suit against Comcast, NBC Universal, and former Astros owner Drayton McLane. Crane alleged misrepresentation and fraud as Comcast SportsNet Houston failed.
Today, (8! years later) a Texas appellate court denied Comcast's motion to dismiss.
