NEW: Kalshi tells 3rd Circ. that Nevada court rulings denying and dissolving preliminary injunctions are "flawed" and rest on "numerous errors" in how Judge Gordon analyzed the "swap" issue, points to CFTC regs and definitions treating outcomes as subset of events.
