Great ruling on the surface and I think this sets the contours for what will ultimately be argued in SCOTUS, re: sports betting in prediction markets $DKNG
Judge Gordon has flipped the script. His written decision in the Crytpo dot com case is a home run for Nevada and a setback for sports prediction markets. And it goes much further than expected. Here are the key "preliminary" findings: 1) Contracts based on the "outcomes"

NEW: Ohio becomes the second state to engage outside counsel in litigation against Kalshi, joining Nevada (which turned its fortunes around when it retained Mayer Brown and SCOTUS litigator Nicole Saharsky). Smart move by Ohio. Still waiting on a hearing date for the PI motion.
