Is this the first zoning preemption ballot initiative? If certified by the Attorney General, a proposal to limit Massachusetts minimum lot sizes to 5,000 sq ft wherever water and sewer are available will go to state voters.

Brutal chart crime. Is the point that you should be able to buy the average house on a week's wages? Why not make it daily or hourly wages while you're at it?.
It is insane that in the richest country in the world, millions cannot afford a home and hundreds of thousands are homeless every night. We need major investments in affordable housing, not tax breaks for billionaires.

There’s good reason to worry that economic data coming out of this administration will be manipulated from now on.
Trump firing the BLS director for a bad jobs report - days after demanding the Smithsonian remove him from the list of impeached presidents - is banana republic stuff. If a Democrat pulled these stunts, Republicans would be setting themselves on fire outside the White House.
