Interesting finding that small group coaching (among internal med docs) outperformed one-on-one coaching for burnout measures, compared to control group. I would've thought one-on-one would be more powerful. Small group is more scalable, though!.

MGB financial performance an outlier in the hospital market, attributable primarily to its investment portfolio which many smaller organizations do not have access to. Excellent reporting as usual by @ByJessBartlett @BostonGlobe .

Love the call to action by @davidevelasqu for rethinking requirements and experiences EARLY in the pipeline for physicians’ careers. Patients and communities today need different skills from their caregivers than the standard from 1910! #flexner.
