Interesting finding that small group coaching (among internal med docs) outperformed one-on-one coaching for burnout measures, compared to control group. I would've thought one-on-one would be more powerful. Small group is more scalable, though! https://t.co/tX3W1KR2TX

It's been a fun, winding, and rewarding journey so far. I've learned so much every step of the way, and I'm so grateful for the people who've helped me shape it.

MGB financial performance an outlier in the hospital market, attributable primarily to its investment portfolio which many smaller organizations do not have access to. Excellent reporting as usual by @ByJessBartlett @BostonGlobe https://t.co/ouRYqCrLSV

Nearly all profit came from the system’s investments, but core operations operated at nearly break-even.

Love the call to action by @davidevelasqu for rethinking requirements and experiences EARLY in the pipeline for physicians’ careers. Patients and communities today need different skills from their caregivers than the standard from 1910! #flexner https://t.co/JzE5ZAl6li

Pre-med requirements have very little to do with what medical students and doctors actually need to know. It’s time for a change.
