Bolt > Phelps and it’s not close . This tweet hits on a lot of it but I’ll add: running is something literally every abled body person in the world can do. Swimming is something only half the world knows how to do. Bolt = Jordan.Phelps = Russell.
My hot take is that it's total BS that swimmers get to win 347 gold medals for swimming a bunch of different strokes (and corresponding extra relays) and thus Phelps gets to be the GOAT instead of Bolt. Swim from A to B as fast as you can. Why do you get so many extra golds for.

Friends, your 4th Amendment constitutional rights against unreasonable search and seizure are minimal at the airport and at the border, which includes cruise ships / ports. Nothing here was impermissible by the border agents, hence their response to this guy who’s obv clueless.
