Success! @onepeloton you should give Nikki in support a bonus - after she got my service appt moved up from 1/12 to 1/7, she advised me to keep checking the reschedule link in case of another cancellation and I just changed it to 8am tomorrow.

So, this morning, I try @onepeloton support again since they're back in the office, and the best they could do was reschedule the service tech for 1/12. Almost a month after we originally placed our order. (Luckily due to a cancellation the appt's been moved up to the 1/7)

Second delivery crew tried troubleshooting with @onepeloton support via phone - no luck. Scheduled a service tech appt three days later. Not *too* unreasonable. Except we get no-showed by the tech on 12/30 and that leaves us hanging all of New Year's weekend.

We ordered a refurbished bike+ and the first one was non-functional upon delivery. So - reschedule delivery and wait a few days - and the second refurbished unit was also delivered and issues found within seconds of plugging it in. Where's quality control @onepeloton?

I don't typically twitter-vent, but @onepeloton has dropped the ball over and over since our first order two weeks ago. Multiple non-working bikes, service tech no-shows, extended scheduling times, and now an apparel order that's straight-up MIA. Yuck.
