3) You cannot do everything, draw boundaries & don't apologize.4) Institutions are complex beasts, they will suck you dry so invest in individuals & relationships.5) Sleep & exercise & quiet time are ESSENTIAL.6) Social media is a connector but has toxic potential- set limits 2/3.
