For years, illegal immigrants came to this country knowing that in states like California, all kinds of goodies lie in store: tuition benefits, scholarships, loan subsidies---for them, not for U.S. citizens. Now the @TheJusticeDept is cracking down. See @LegInsurrection:

UVA Law Prof. Wang argued a "straight rights" case, Ames v. Ohio - a unanimous decision by J. Jackson that holds "whatever the test is for discrimination, it should apply equally across groups." For that sin he got a plate thrown in his face - by one of his colleagues at UVA.
🚨 From Smears to Plate-Throwing: Inside UVA Law’s DEI Mob vs. Professor Xiao Wang Stick with this one—it’s worth the runtime. UVA law professor Xiao Wang explains what his own colleagues did to him after he argued Ames v. Ohio Department of Youth Services at the Supreme Court:

@StateDept @wajacobson @LegInsurrection The absurdity of erasing and replacing the Times New Roman typeface shows the DEI drive from the Left was never about being "inclusive" - it was always about seizing power and dominating in every way, shape, manner and form.

This one looks like an uphill battle. In other news - in another free speech case: Last week, the Second Circuit shut down Letitia James' campaign to silence pro-life pregnancy groups. More @LegInsurrection

Fearing the State's retaliation, the pro-life pregnancy groups say they took down statements informing women on how to reverse medically induced abortions.

A federal lawsuit reveals yet another one of Letitia James' censorship schemes - this time to silence the debate over deeply unpopular public school transgender policies allowing boys in girls' spaces
The letter seems designed not only to threaten those who want to raise these policies, but also to offer cover for boards to cut off public debate. Few boards want to discuss the issue and we have seen heavy-handed tactics to cut off those who raise the policies.

We are now learning that Democrats are Serifphobic.
If we learned one thing since Trump took office, it's that there was no limit to how far the Biden WH would go to DEI-ify everything. Even @StateDept's official Times New Roman font was canceled - replaced with the more "inclusive" Calibri. Via @wajacobson in @LegInsurrection

Chiaradio’s message to each school board: Reject the state’s nonmandatory, radical transgender guidance. We've covered his campaign from the beginning @LegInsurrection: https://t.co/DcQAF9iIFD

Chiaradio: No matter how much a boy wants to be a girl, dress like a girl, thinks he's a girl, or acts like a girl, he will never be a girl.

Watch and listen to how faith inspired @bchiaradio14's one-man mission to protect RI's children from radical gender ideology.
I believe it is vitally important to have God as the focal point of our lives. I also believe that the rise in secularism is THE key factor which has led us to the precipice of destruction in our country.. I hope this clip means something to most of you.

This you?
Here's the thing, @RonDeSantis. Unlike you and other AIPAC servants, we do not take money from any foreign interests nor do we serve any foreign powers. We rely on the American people for support and we answer to the American people as we defend their rights from anti-Muslim

A Texas library can remove the LGBTQ and other controversial books it doesn't want on its bookshelves - because it doesn't want them on its bookshelves SCOTUS declines to hear the so-called "book-ban" case See @LegInsurrection:

Why are students encouraged to miss class to attend protests, regardless which side? Another Okla. prof. is out - this time for reportedly telling students they could miss class to protest the removal of the TA who failed a student's gender essay citing the Bible.
