⬆️ overstride = ⬆️ vertical loading rate, right? Not so fast. ⬆️ tibial angle (⬆️ overstride) assoc with ⬇️ VLR. Conventional clinical wisdom challenged by this abstract as well as @running_geek paper. Stay tuned for our upcoming paper that says same thing! #ACSM18
