‘Tenebrae’ comes from the Latin for shadows and dates back to the fourth century. This evening we held before us the betrayal, loneliness and pain of Jesus’ last hours through readings, silence and reflective musical pieces. Seven candles were extinguished, ending in darkness.

'The Christian faith, while commending us to be outward-focused, does more than polyphonic films. It says that each of us are worthy of our own 'cinematic events'.' Really enjoyed this from @JamieMulvaney @seenunseenmag
