Nearly finished with my sixth pilot and I’m not usually high on first drafts, but it feels like my strongest work to date. Falling deeply in love with the world I’m creating and the characters that are along for the ride. Writing has always been fun for me, but this feels unique.

I think a lot of films I like that others might not be fond of, I can usually understand the opposing viewpoints.
That being said, BABYLON is one of the few films where I genuinely cannot comprehend any other side except for pure awe and admiration. It fucking rules.
In 5 years, audiences will look back on BABYLON and realize how moving and majestic this ode to cinema and critique of the Hollywood system really is. Virtuoso directing, bombastic soundtrack, and a cast that delivers S-tier performances. Cinema is dead, long live cinema!
