Just over two weeks now until my skydive! 😱
Over the next 2 months both Chris and Jake are undertaking amazing fundraising challenges. On the 8th March Jake is taking on a 13,000 feet sky dive to raise money for the scheme. And then on the 21st April Chris is running the London marathon.

Two of our CFRs, Yasmin and Catherine, booked on with our brand new car last night. They were very happy with the new car, which was made possible by support from the local community.

Hugely happy day for me today having been discharged from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy! I was in a really low place when I started, but I can honestly say I now feel like a different person! Accessing MH treatment is nothing to be ashamed of, and I’m proud of the journey I’m on!

Just a few things you can do to help us help you 👇 💡 Turn on lights, especially outside 🚪 Unlock the front door 👋 Send someone outside to flaf us down 💊 Gather patient's medication 🐕 Put pets in a separate room
