If someone has an issue with you but tells everyone except you, it’s not a problem. It’s a performance. They don’t want resolution, they want attention. People who want peace speak directly. People who want validation speak loudly to the crowd.

You’re too precious to remain in spaces that dishonor you. Walking away from disrespect is a win. Celebrate your wellness more than your endurance.

Recognize how completely appropriate, healthy and ethical it is to withdraw support from people who fail to respect your boundaries, who behave manipulatively, who don’t keep agreements and who don’t take responsibility for their own healing.

2025 taught me how to move on. How to stop overextending, to be okay with things changing, to know when to release, when to pivot, when to do what’s best for me even if grief will accompany it. 2025 taught me the power of choosing myself even more
