I’m excited to share our pre-print where we utilize #zebrafish to delineate how PAX3::FOXO1 initially interfaces with and modifies #chromatin in vivo. I’m grateful for the mentorship of @KendallLabNCH and Ben Stanton, and work from amazing co-authors!

From our model, we find that PAX3::FOXO1 a) binds to inaccessible chromatin through partial motif recognition of homeobox sequences and b) generates a neomorphic chromatin landscape to activate neural transcriptional programs that are associated with the human disease.
