Education mega pledge from #GlobalRefugeeForum 2025 delivering more for refugees. #EducationCannotWait contributing $2.6 million to #UNHCR to accelerate refugee inclusion in host government national education systems. Better for host governments and better for refugees.

Around 240 million children live with disabilities. They are twice as likely never to attend school and four times more likely to experience violence. We cannot achieve SDG4 without specific action to support children with disabilities. #IDPD2024

An estimated 246m girls and boys experience violence at or on the way to school globally every year. Addressing school violence is central to overcoming obstacles to universal schooling, the right to education and achieving wider gender equality objectives #RightsFreedomPotential

And we need to reach all refugee and displaced children with quality education, wherever they are. To provide safety, structure, a sense of normalcy, and hope for the future. For children, their parents, and our planet.

And we need children and young people to understand why; and to marvel at the power of nature. Quality education for all children, everywhere, is essential to build understanding and respect for our single planet for which we are all custodians for the generations of the future.

We want to hear children's voices. And support them to gain a quality education, including foundational learning outcomes. Plus awareness and understanding of the climate crisis, environmental degradation, and loss of nature/biodiversity. And how to secure a liveable planet.
