(1/2) Pleased to report that Bill 30 received royal assent! The Employment Standards Amendment (Serious Illness or Injury Leave) Act ensures that workers faced with a serious illness or injury can take up to 27 weeks of unpaid leave to receive care and focus on their recovery.
