So I’m paying rent on an apartment I can’t live in, hotel costs every night, and Clutter’s response was to offer me $280 “as a courtesy.” No refund of the warehouse fee, no expedited access, no accountability.

When I called, I was told the next available delivery wasn’t until the end of November. The only option sooner was Nov 10, but that’s not delivery — it’s a warehouse pickup where I have to pay a $350 fee plus hire my own movers.
