During his 3 years (all as a starter), Stanford averaged 5.2 yds or better per rush for the season. In no other consecutive 3-year period has Stanford averaged 5.2+ ypc each year. Signature road grading game? 2011 vs #25 UW, 65-21 win. Team, 44 rush/446 yds, 10.1 yds per rush!.

Career postseason record: 13-2 . Career college record at Madison Square Garden: 5-1. Preseason NIT semis/finals (2011), Postseason NIT semis/finals (2012 & 2015). Loss was to #5 Syracuse, by 6 pts, in Nov. 2011. How many collegians have a better MSG winning pct (min. 5 games)?.

Not just the quantitative—team high 19 points (8-12 FG, 3-6 from three), 6 rebounds and 2 steals—but also effective screening, off-ball cuts and loose ball hustle.

And a recent @StanfordMBB 1st Round NBA Draft pick (below)….who was not a green room invitee. Dwight Powell was selected 16 picks after Huestis in the same draft. Four upperclassmen from the 2014-15 Sweet 16 team eventually played in the NBA (Chasson Randle/Anthony Brown too).

One of the best mocks I have seen. No groupthink factor and isn't relying on this or that source in some team's front office. For our @StanfordMBB guy Maxime Raynaud, I'd add, as comps, Al Horford (faceup perimeter offense) and Chet Holmgren's perimeter footwork/keep-in-front D.

If you’re into the draft, don’t sleep on @LoganPAdams. He has one of the more original voices in draft coverage. He’s confident in his evaluations, thinks outside of the box and a creative writer who uses a good balance of trusting his eyes and data.

Charlie Ward came within one game of matching the feat. Florida State reached the regional final in 1993 (lost to Kentucky). In the current era of college sports, it's unimaginable that anyone could achieve both.

Many, many examples the past two seasons of Max exhibiting this trait in switch/iso/perimeter scenarios, and especially when picking up a wing/point guard off of the opponent's high ball screen.
