Once again, people like Mike here are free to donate as much of their own money & time to help people as they please. Instead, they hide behind voting for someone who promises to do the work by taking other people's time & money & doing a rather piss-poor job of helping the less.
@RoKhanna @CongressJackson If she says yes, I’ll drive from Indy and bring a notepad. Because I’d love to hear how anyone explains taking food and healthcare from working families while calling it “fiscal responsibility.” I promise to be polite. But I won’t promise to be persuaded.

Moon Landing Hoaxers make flat earthers look sane & educated. That said, the best response to a moon landing hoaxer is to out-do them. "Oh, you believe there's *actually* a moon? You are SO gullible!".
Funniest thing about Moon landing deniers is how they think the greatest scientific achievement of all time is one big lie, when anyone with access to the right equipment can reflect and detect light off the retroreflectors left behind on the lunar surface for that exact purpose.

Just reupping this from yesterday. I'm liking where this is going.
Working on a new song. It's already got a title—No Thought for the Morrow (Matthew 6:34)—so that means I have to finish it. Noodling around with the guitar, figured I'd show it as a work in progress. I have a blister forming since I've not tickled the frets in a long time.

Hold up. Four months?. I could have taking an FA18 for a spin for only FOUR MONTHS in the brig?.
#OTD in 1986, a Marine mechanic stole an A-4M Skyhawk for a 45 minute joyride during which time he performed several aerobatic maneuvers. He had wanted to be a fighter pilot but an injury prevented him from qualifying. His stunt cost him four months in the brig.

This reminds me of those commercials that threaten to throw citizens in jail for drinking & driving. A country that enforces its laws is so dystopian. So, so dystopian. 1984, really.
My friend who runs a restaurant in Austin sent me this video of the ads that are playing on Pandora Spanish radio stations. Every commercial kitchen in America is hearing this. Straight out of a dystopian horror film.
