Fab morning with our Swallow Awareness Roadshow team, visiting different wards raising awareness for #SwallowAware2025 I particularly loved encouraging staff to give patients on thickened fluids squash over water to encourage hydration and increase quality of life! 💧 @RCSLT

I was fortunate today to present at the @sltmarjon conference on behalf of @marjongv. We explored the extent of burnout in current SLT students across the UK, and discussed the importance of looking after your mental health as a student.
Brilliant presentation from Izzy, Issy and Ella @marjongv raising the profile of self care and looking out for each other in the learning and work setting. Understanding what burnout is, ways to recognise it and ways to prevent it matters 🙏 @sltmarjon
