For anyone wanting an update - the assistance for this trip was finally confirmed on Sunday. 6 days before travelling and 3 and a half WEEKS after booking assistance.
Hey @chilternrailway @PassAssistance , I’m supposed to be travelling to Birmingham Moor Street to London Marylebone in a week. I’m still sitting on unconfirmed assistance (PA-NJYKV8ND). Would you kindly mind confirming the assistance i booked 3 WEEKS ago?.

I’m aware that @TheHallsWolves run accessible seating sales through @AXS_UK . If you’re running presale through one ticket company + access seating sales EXCLUSIVELY through another company, that shuts disabled people out of presale, forcing us to jump through yet more hoops.
I’m assuming access seating will be on presale because SURELY we wouldn’t be denying disabled people access to presale?.
