Motherhood didn’t lose value because it stopped being important. It lost value because culture stopped treating it as something worth honoring. And the moment you downgrade motherhood, the entire social fabric weakens. You can see that clearly in places that have abandoned

Like many institutions, the department of education serves itself.
Since the founding of the Department of Education: - $3 trillion spent - Reading scores for 13-year-olds flat - Only 27% of 8th graders proficient in math - Only 31% of 8th graders proficient in reading - 47 cents of every federal education dollar spent on compliance If you're

I think @grok knows a *lot* about: Covid origins. And intelligence heritability. And fraud in national economic statistics. And about Post-GR gravity. And about “Nobel Lies” in public health. And about immigrant crime patterns. And about political bias in science journals.

This is the wonderment of AI. While some are fearful of having their jobs taken, others are seeing it as a tool for a lone soul to concisely aggregate massive amounts of information. This is simply Internet 2.0. Grok is on the leading edge, but parity is certain.
Let me put it in 7 words: “@grok can read what peer review discards.” This is where the low hanging fruit are for @xai. And I don’t know why @elonmusk is being quiet about this. I think @grok is being trained to read and sort through the trash. And I think there is gold there.

Nearly 100% of the NASDAQ, S&P 500 and DOW indices represent companies traded on the NYSE. I suspect that all those capitalists are trading down today because of the socialist movement in the city of New York.

"Yesterday I cut someone off in traffic. Total mistake. He laid on the horn, flipped me off, and when fate had it that we both ended up in the same parking lot—he was waiting. Middle finger up. Yelling. Cursing. “LEARN HOW TO DRIVE!” I stopped. Rolled down my window. Let him

Papa Mike again, from an earlier snapshot; this time the car behind him is a 1937 Ford. I'm saddened to hear of his passing, RIP. https://t.co/oqQ3ZIPvwQ
Hi Dave. Here with another oddball - the car, not my Dad. From a 1945 photo. Dad was 6 at the time, living in Ohio is my guess. Lost Dad two years ago, but lots of great memories. #davescaridservice

This is pretty cool - Rodger Young Village was a housing development built in L.A.'s Griffith Park for returning WW2 vets; I suspect Aunt Judy & Papa Mike were military brats? The car here is a 1946-47 Buick sedan, note the Thermador window cooler. https://t.co/ifvrOGjQez
Hi Dave. Posting Aunt Judy and her pesky little brother Mike (my Dad) from 1950 photo. Taken in Rodger Young Village - now Griffith Park - notice the Quonset hut public housing in the background. Not sure where the fancy car came from. #davescaridservice

Listen carefully to this man’s counsel. It is wise.
Calling Columbus Day “Indigenous People’s Day” is the continuation of an unhealthy trend of indulging in shame rather than celebrating achievement. The same trend that causes us to take down statues for founding fathers because they were slaveowners, or burn flags. If we keep

I want to add remarks to my repost of @thatsKAIZEN post. His is a powerful message. But better capitalism is only a stepping stone. Correlation or causation, one fact remains clear, no matter how large or small, in capitalism or socialism, among villages to nations,
