Deluded fool who still believes you can have civil, engaging discussions on this platform. Eclectic but boring interests. You've been warned

I used to love 'debating' over pints at the pub. No matter the topic, there was a risk of things getting heated. Despite all that I never went over the line enough to get punched in the face. I try to tweet the same way.

Bassitt deserves a shit ton of credit. He could've let not being in the rotation impact him, instead he has been lights out in the pen.

I'm genuinely happy for John Schneider. He has had a hell of a season. The 3 starter rotation was a ballsy call, glad it paid off. #BlueJays

This tells you all you need to know about most Yankee fans. The world starts and stops at their team. Zero knowledge of anybody else.
Lost that game on Judge’s K in the 6th. But Blue Jays needed that game more than the Yankees. Their best starter vs our worst starter. Same as losing to Crochet in Game 1. Series far from over. Fried on the bump tomorrow then back to the Bronx. I’m still confident. Yankees in 4

The co-com on my feed is talking about how brave Burnley were here. Acknowledging they can't go toe to toe, when you play 80+% of the game in your final third you are going to get this type of result more often that not.

There does need to be changes in the way we handle school Trustees but to go to another extreme of centralized control is only going to impact parents, especially those who have youth with special needs.
People should be alarmed that @Fordnation is taking away a democratic opportunity for voters to have a local representative without any evidence, public consultation, or mandate! Call him! 416-325-1941 #PrecedentSetting

So where are those resources Paul? Your government spends less and less per student. And heaven help youth with special needs.
Ontario’s teachers do incredible work every day. As Minister of Education, I’m focused on supporting educators to ensure they have the resources they need to inspire learning and help students thrive. @NEWSTALK1010

Pierre should know, he has made his entire career on slogans and talking points with no clear plans. He later accused Carney of stealing his schtick. Seriously, it's a throne speech, he has been through quite a few is his career, he should know this is what they sound like.
Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre provides his reaction to the federal government's Speech from the Throne. “We did see a lot of the right slogans and political talking points,” he says, “but no clear plans to get it done.” #cdnpoli

If you want to see the state of our democracy and the horribly misinformed people that exist read the comments to this. Story is simple. Postal code on return envelope was Fubar and the legitimately cast ballot was returned. Not fraud or the voter error. Be better.

Mr. Soudas and I probably share few similar political opinions save for this one. Our elections are well run and transparent. Ask me after Milton and Terra Nova if they end up flipping and I'll tell you the same.
Wise words. Stolen election in Terrebonne? Please — that recount was watched more closely than a toddler holding scissors. Ben Hur, his chariot crew, and half of Rome were practically leaning over every ballot. Go scrutineer! ! It’s actually fun

will go off and you will still have your midterm to write. He then told us to get lost. And sure as heck there was a midterm on Tuesday. Twitter is void of a lot of this kind of rational thought. But no matter what happens...we all have our version of a midterm tomorrow.

he stayed strongly calm. He told the class we should know better, canceled class and left us with this (and I'm paraphrasing it was 30 years ago). No matter who you support or how you vote, there is only one truth in politics. On Tuesday the sun will come up, your alarm /4

the arguments started. This was the day after the Rally and the more aggressive in both camps got to shouting. Then a genuine brawl started in the middle of the auditorium. Very soon after the professor entered the hall and slammed his books down. The anger was fierce but /3
