Moldova’s vote is a clear yes to a European future. Despite Russia’s massive efforts to spread disinformation and buy votes, no force can stop a people committed to freedom. We stand with Moldova on their path to the EU.

Latvia is an important partner for Moldova in the process of accession to the EU. We receive concrete assistance in aligning with European requirements. Had the opportunity to thank the Deputy Speaker of the Latvian Parliament, Antonina Ņenaševa for Latvia’s support.

Had the opportunity to thank the President of the Swedish Parliament, Andreas Norlén, for all the immense support that Sweden offers to our country. Moldova has strong partners on its European path. #6WCSP

Discussed the security situation in Europe and bilateral relations with the Speaker of the Majlis of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Koshanov. Thanked for the interest and support of the progress made by our country in the EU accession process.  #6WCSP

Had a good discussion with my Turkish counterpart, @NumanKurtulmus. We appreciate Turkey’s support for the European path chosen by the Republic of Moldova. Agreed to strengthen communication and collaboration between the Parliaments of our countries.

Reiterated our firm support for the territorial integrity of Ukraine to the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine, @Ole_Kondratiuk , at the Sixth World Conference of Speakers of Parliament. Moldova stands with Ukraine!

Had a meeting with @gidonsaar. Expressed my gratitude for the opening of the Israeli Embassy in Chisinau. I told him that Moldova is firmly anchored on the path of EU accession and that we will not miss this historic chance. Israel supports us on this path. Thank you!

Great meeting with members of the parliamentary friendship group Moldova-UK. Discussed UK's assistance in strengthening our institutions, combating propaganda and foreign interference. Moldova is keen on contributing to the peace and democracy in Europe.

Had a great talk with Sir Lindsay Hoyle, @CommonsSpeaker. The UK has been a constant supporter of Moldova’s efforts of modernization and we are grateful our country has a strong partner on our way to become a true European democracy.

Had a farewell meeting with His Excellency, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Moldova, Yan Wenbin, who completed his mission. Expressed gratitude for the support China shows our people. Will continue to further develop the collaboration between our countries.

Discussed with @Fontana3Lorenzo the social agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the Italian Republic, soon to be voted by the Chamber of Deputies. It is great news for our diaspora and a clear sign of friendship between our countries. Thank you!
