My Gemara has traveled with me ever since I started learning the daf. Learning Daf Yomi is not an easy commitment, yet it is so rewarding. The Daf Yomi was started by R' Meir Shapiro of Lublin. Learning the daf today in Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin, was a surreal experience!

BDE Truly a tragic loss. A person I got to know just last year. We spent lots of time on the phone and gave me advice and guidance like one else would. We even prepared for Rosh Hashanah davening together. I'm sure all the good deeds he's done will bring him straight to Gan Eden.
