In our new paper, we knocked-out 426 proteins that physically interact with #HIV using #CRISPR in primary human CD4+ T cells. Our systematic approach reveals host-pathogen protein interactions to be an enriched source of functional host factors. https://t.co/tOiFV3dWoY
