Not every day do we say this, but today @ntsa_kenya got it right. The Licensing team has issued a circular that re-emphasizes basic, non-negotiable standards and regulations within the PSV industry something the industry has needed for a long time. This is a welcome move. @LoDDCA

Indeed, the Transport community will not be used again, They must be on the table where they are being discuscussed, and implementation has to be done jointly.
We also need accountability that protects both mobile workers and passengers. Talk is easy. Implementation is what will save lives. LoDDCA remains committed, and we expect partners to match that commitment. #RCTCH2025
