The housing crisis is a land crisis that LVT will solve! | Economic opinions for the @dailyrenter | I might be @EricReingardt #Georgism #LVT #CLT đ°

Right on track with what Georgist economists have been expecting all along. Land prices are at all time highs in valuable downtown city locations driving rents and prices up. Sound the alarm for another crash in 2026. And remember folks: land value tax would solve this.

Achievable in America with the land value tax
Finland ended homelessness with a housing first strategy that gave people apartments before they secured employment Now theyâre proposing a 4 day work week and 6 hour work days True work life balance Meanwhile in the US, people work two jobs and canât afford food or healthcare

@Falilatt_ They say GenZ is the generation that quits jobs the most but fail to understand that most of us are forced to take any job because of the constant pressure from people around us. Then theyâre surprised when we quit. they donât understand that âthis isnât for meâis an actual thing

@Falilatt_ The worst part is when people treat job searching like a personal failing instead of recognizing it's often about timing and luck.

@LostPilgrimUSA @thatguybil @xusifob @ninaturner Land value includes the expected growth rate of rent. Tax capitalization means the purchase price is reduced by the presence of the tax (which would also be based on the expected growth rate).

@HomelessEconomy We can look at the âproblemâ by determining which segments of society are sitting on capitalized rents (not the poor).

Rent seeking behavior. A dry economics term that describes literally all forms of concentrated power, unjust rulers, inefficient economies, inequality, war, environmental destruction, political corruption and high cost of living while wages stagnate. Many try to own the world.

Georgists figured out the distinction eluding both Marxists and capitalists for a long time. What is reproducible is not monopolized. Whats non reproducible is what gets monopolized. Its hard to monopolize what anyone can make more of like capital. Land cannot be made.

When Jesus said God sent his prophets to help a foreign Syrian named Naaman instead of the lepers of Israel he was kicked out of his hometown temple in Nazarene and they tried to kill him by throwing him down a cliff. They say "Christ is king" without even hearing the gospel.
Nick Fuentes COOKS a Syrian refugee who thought he was one of us đ âYeah fuck off, you think we want Syrian refugees here⌠Go back to Syria bro.â

for normies, âdiscoveriesâ are a finite resource where you put in Science Points and get guaranteed results, instead of a decades-long processes of unconnected research that probably had its origins in something completely unrelated like trying to grow human kidney cells in rats

Do not show up unannounced to an office that you do not work at
@LeadingReport Just a hot take for those who are in the job hunt: Go in person. Don't do it online. Walk your ass to the Headquarters with your resume and find the person who is hiring and put it on their desk. You'll immediately be in the top 1% of applicants.

This is just as bad as Holocaust denial. You're allowed to have a political economy belief but don't fucking lie about real histori dictatorships

Im not tryna make a theist gotcha but its interesting he said "design" of all things. Reality and life itself seems less probable than the actual afterlife yet here we are. I believe in God but I understand the atheist position
âWhen people ask me if a god created the universe, I tell them that the question itself makes no sense. Time didnât exist before the Big Bang, so there is no time for god to make the universe in. Itâs like asking directions to the edge of the earth; The Earth is a sphere; it

Rent-seekers mentioned. Although saying the poor are more of a problem than the rich is wrong and an attempt to be different than the leftists at the expense of truth
True, the graphic would be more accurate if it pointed out that the poor are more of a problem than the rich A huge amount of American poor are scumbags that live off the hard work of others
