Since my covid infection this summer, I’m now suddenly prediabetic. My weight didn’t change. I’m still thin. Just another covid infection further destroying my body. I knew how common it was in people with LC, so I tried to be careful with my eating, but…. No luck.

My advice from my cardiologist at Mt. Sinai’s Post-Covid Center, someone who’s always worn an N95, was what convinced me to get the covid shot after my bad experience with my GP. This is what she wrote to me:

I went to CVS to get Novovax, but then they told me that due to my allergy to eggs (from covid) I may have an adverse reaction to Novovax. So, I got the Pfizer shot 2 hours ago instead. I was scared to get a covid shot at all, but I’m tired of ever-worsening LC and reinfections.

Well, I just saw my GP at NYU Langone in Long Island, NY. I wanted to see if I was healthy enough to get Novovax. Before any lab work is done, my GP says, “I wouldn’t get the covid vaccine. It’s been linked to myocarditis…. Besides, people are starting to get herd immunity.”
