Among the 1,686 people newly diagnosed with HIV in NYC in 2023, 83% were Latino or Black. 42%were Latino and 41% were Black. Latinos surpassed Blacks on the number of HIV + results. In 2022, 43% of newly diagnosed people were Black & 40% were Latino. https://t.co/dhlZv5X5zl
