Reported 15 impersonation accounts that have tried to scam me while attempting to get help from @etihad @EtihadHelp today yet can I get the actual airline to respond? I know you're busy but try replying to people in the order they messaged please!

It appears the trick to getting a quick response from @EtihadHelp is to post personal ticket data. Those tweets get responses far quicker than general questions. No sense of any logical order to replying to customers. I get you're busy but 6hrs vs. a few minutes doesn't seem fair

It adds unnecessary words for visually impaired social media users, and you have @RNIB and @guidedogs as partners. Also, not sure the charities focused on supporting children in difficult situations would want the raised hand emoji used in this context either!
