From the Marxist Workers Hammer to the Church of England; from Owen Jones to Peter Hitchens; from Mark McDonald to David Davis; from the Guardian to the Telegraph… I've never before seen a story galvanise people and institutions across the political spectrum like this.
@LucyLetbyTrials @Dorrit2014 I never thought I would see the day that the Workers Hammer - Marxist newspaper - and the Church of England Newspaper are simultaneously calling out the Lucy Letby witch hunt!

🔴 Lucy Letby: The Thirlwall Inquiry and the Truth About the Countess of Chester Neonatal Deaths Scandal The inquiry has dismissed the increasing body of concern around the legitimacy of the verdicts as “noise”. It is anything but, says @Johnrashton47

Some doctors are very fixated on the fact that the medical evidence that babies were murdered was entirely fake. They fail to consider the context: the prosecutor wanted a conviction

If you share these concerns retweet and retweet . As with Hillsborough it will take the momentum of public opinion to bring the guilty to account.
Who do you believe , Lucy Letby or those trying to cover their backs? Lucy Letby tells court: ‘I am not guilty of what I was found guilty of’ | The National

I am an expert in complex criminal cases and - from the information now in the public domain - there appears to be a great deal to be concerned about in this case.
I'm not going to sit here and pretend to be an expert in complex criminal cases. But I think that if it had been me sitting on the jury, I'd consider this the very definition of reasonable doubt.

An interesting long post about the Lucy Letby case. @Lafargue thank you for writing this. I thought I had read just about everything there was to read about this case but you brought up some interesting dynamics here. I looked back at @christapeterso tweets and she was spot on!

This is the major point of concern here. Not that Lucy Letby is necessarily innocent, but that the evidence and process with which she was convicted was manifestly flawed. That “she was convicted, twice, in a court of law” doesn’t address this problem. It *is* the problem.
Concerns about the safety of Lucy Letby's convictions have been known for many months but why was the MSM unable to report on these concerns? Finally today it was aired on national TV Is she a scapegoat for the Doctors and massive failures at the NHS?

@AnEmergentI @LucyLetbyTrials @cjsnowdon @CfcLoulou I’ve worked in Neonatal Intensive Care. It’s a challenging environment, not least when dealing with premature and especially extreme premature infants. They can ‘crash’ extremely quickly from a multitude of causes, some ‘natural’, in particular sepsis, but many iatrogenic and

I don’t know who needs to hear this but #LucyLetby is most definitely innocent imo. Consider reading this thorough article. https://t.co/n3NxEqh7cm

Colleagues reportedly called Lucy Letby an “angel of death,” and the Prime Minister condemned her. But, in the rush to judgment, serious questions about the evidence were ignored.

@ctmccartney This is a very useful contribution to the Lucy Letby debate because it raises questions about the way she was questioned on the stand. We do not have an adversarial system and I have read bits of her cross examination to friends and family and they are all appalled

Justice is meant not only to be done, but seen to be done. Many people are voicing concerns about this case. Not just the important people. Not just the experts. Regular people too.

Lucy Letby is in a Catch22. If the only way forward is for the CCRC to order the Court of Appeal to retry her case, this requires new evidence. But what if there was no evidence in the first place and no one killed babies. #lucyletby @DavidDavisMP @drphilhammond @ClarkeMicah

There have always been a few things about the Lucy Letby case that bothered me. Recent discourse bothers me further. The unit was pretty dismal before the supposed murders began - badly led, badly managed. We apparently had doctors concerned that they had a murderer among them /2
