Nothing pisses me off more than high schools that run horrible, disorganized lifts & guilt kids into prioritizing them so they’re “being part of the team.” Learn to run good lifts or let kids do things that actually get them better

Pitch counts are only counted when a batter is in the box. Doesn’t account for warmup, bullpen, warmup pitches between innings or pickoffs. So the next time a coach is pushing the pitch limit, remember your kid has already gone over that limit.
