Just got myself a new battery for a power drill from Lidl. It refused to work with my drill out of the box so I had to connect it to an app and update the battery firmware. It’s working now, but why do I need an app to control/update a rechargeable battery @internetofshit

Just got my Booster shot an hour ago. Until now no immune reaction that I would notice. First and second shot was Moderna, now I got BioNTech in the booster shot. Let’s see how I feel tomorrow.

To be more precise: the electronics side will not be the problem as I have done a lot dimming circuits before but I’m bad in programming so making it a smart device is the real problem for me.

To my followers using @home_assistant I’m looking for an easy way to control and dim some 12V white led strips with @home_assistant which I will mount under my stairs. Maybe a D1 Mini with a mosfet would do the trick? Maybe using Tasmota or @esphome_? Any suggestions/instructions.
