If you are using Raspberry Pi Pico W with ESPHome and had issues installing firmware by drag and dropping it to the Pico W drive in Finder, update to Ventura 13.1 which addresses the issue.

The final release for the year, ESPHome 2022.12.0, is here 1 week early. Not a lot of new things, but many improvements under the hood with updated core code and huge speedups for bluetooth proxies.
