Thrilled to share this pre-print of my first first author paper assessing both the effect of the AD-associated protective mutation PLCG2-P522R on peripheral macrophage function, as well as how sex may further contribute to the mutation’s effects.

My thoughts on the phase 3 results of Alzheimer's drug lecanemab from Biogen and Eisai, presented at #CTAD #CTAD22 and published this evening in the @NEJM. Major takeaway – this is NOT the breakthrough we have been waiting for. Key points:
