While these animations didn’t make it, their existence shows Bungie’s ambition to push Halo 3’s combat dynamics.

Halo started with the slogan "Combat Evolved" but the series hasn’t fully lived up to that in terms of intensity. Seeing Halo Reach skins in Gears 5 made me realize how much more visceral and satisfying Halo could be with increased violence. It’s time for Halo to evolve again.

Is it possible to disagree with someone politically yet still work with them professionally? I strongly believe Halo wouldn't have been a success without the music bringing it all to life.

This needs to be said: the music is the soul of Halo. Marty O'Donnell laid the foundation, those themes are its DNA, still echoing today. Mimicking his work without involving him feels like a disservice. Give credit where it’s due.

Remember the live action We Are ODST ad? That raw, grimy grit. Just brotherhood, fear, and brutal resolve. One of the most masculine, grounded pieces Halo ever gave us.

I would literally pay good money to see a Halo 2 movie made entirely like the Blur cutscenes. Just give them the budget and let them cook.
