Fall Workouts will begin Tuesday, Sept 3rd at Church Lane. All Seniors, Juniors or Sophomores who were on varsity or JV last year will go from 3-4:45pm. All Freshman and non-returning Sophomores will go from 4-5:30pm. Workouts will run every Monday & Tuesday through Mid-Oct.
