Tonight I called 911 again (not for us) and I was put on hold for FIVE minutes. No triage, straight to a hold. @IndyMayorJoe @MCSO_IN @IndyCouncil…How is this acceptable? This has given me a lot to think about…this should never happen in a city like ours.
Nothing like calling 911 because your neighbor's house is being broken into (while he's home) and being put on hold. I hope @IndyMayorJoe's $1.2b budget passed by the @IndyCouncil this week includes funding for more dispatchers. @fanningINDY @impd @MCSO_IN
